This tool covers the basic gravity/wind/seismic combinations only, with the largest of roof live (Lr), snow (S), or rain (R) applied - it does not cover net uplift checks, snow drift, unbalanced snow, or combined seismic horizontal/vertical components. For anything beyond preliminary sizing, a full ASCE 7 combination check by a licensed engineer is required.
